Shipping Policy – Sabziwale
(a) Geographical Coverage
Sabziwale presently offers delivery services exclusively within select localities of Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh. The Company shall, from time to time, update and expand its serviceable areas or pin codes, which shall be duly reflected on the official Sabziwale platform and mobile application. Orders placed from non-serviceable locations shall not be processed, and any payments made in such cases shall be automatically refunded to the original mode of payment within a reasonable period.
(b) Dispatch, Handling and Delivery Timelines
All orders shall be processed for same-day or next-day delivery, subject to product availability, delivery slot selection, and serviceable area constraints.
Sabziwale provides multiple delivery slots on its Platform to enable Customers to conveniently choose their preferred delivery time while placing an order. The available delivery slots, along with their respective time windows, shall be displayed at the time of checkout, and Customers are required to select a slot prior to confirming the order. Delivery shall be made within the chosen slot, subject to reasonable operational feasibility and external factors beyond the Company’s control.
While the Company endeavors to ensure timely deliveries, certain factors such as weather conditions, traffic delays, unforeseen operational issues, or circumstances beyond control may result in minor delays. In such cases, Sabziwale shall not be held liable for delays that are reasonable and communicated to the Customer in good faith.
(c) Shipping and Delivery Charges
Applicable delivery or service charges, shall be clearly displayed on the checkout page prior to payment confirmation.
Sabziwale reserves the right to modify, waive, or revise shipping or delivery charges at its sole discretion without prior notice. Promotional or discounted delivery offers, if introduced, shall be valid only for the specified duration or under the terms of the said offer.
(d) Failed Deliveries and Refunds
In the event of a failed delivery attributable to a Company error — including, but not limited to, incorrect dispatch, product shortage, or non-delivery despite Customer availability — the Customer shall be entitled to a full refund of the order amount.
Such refunds shall be processed through the original mode of payment within a reasonable time frame as per standard banking and payment gateway procedures.
However, if the failure of delivery arises due to Customer unavailability, incorrect address, or refusal to accept the order without valid cause, the Company reserves the right to deny a refund or levy applicable reshipping charges.
(e) Customer Support and Escalation
For any queries, grievances, or escalation regarding shipping or delivery, Customers may reach out to the Sabziwale Customer Support Team through the contact details provided on the Platform. The Company shall acknowledge and address all legitimate complaints within a reasonable period in accordance with its internal grievance redressal mechanism.
